- when you enroll in SH1FT 101 or join SQUAD;

- when you browse and use our Sites (before and after creating an account with us).

When setting up an account or registering for the SH1FT 101 course, you are asked to provide information about yourself, including your name, contact information, address, order details, and payment information such as credit or debit card details.

We also collect information about you when you communicate with us or give us feedback, including by email, letter, telephone or chat function. If you contact us by telephone, we may record the call for training and service improvement purposes and take notes in connection with your call.

We only process your health information if you do so voluntarily in your dealings with us.
