We collect your personal information when you interact with us or use our services, for example when you register for a SH1FT training course, log into the SH1FT app or subscribe to our mailing list.

- when you set up an account with us or change your account settings;

- when you enroll in SH1FT 101 or join SQUAD;

- when you contact us directly by e-mail, telephone, post, message; AND

- when you browse and use our Sites (before and after creating an account with us).

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU

As part of our commitment to protecting the privacy of our customers and visitors to our Sites in general, we want to be clear about the type of information we will collect from you.

When setting up an account or registering for the SH1FT 101 course, you are asked to provide information about yourself, including your name, contact information, address, order details, and payment information such as credit or debit card details.

We also collect information about you when you communicate with us or give us feedback, including by email, letter, telephone or chat function. If you contact us by telephone, we may record the call for training and service improvement purposes and take notes in connection with your call.

We only process your health information if you do so voluntarily in your dealings with us.

4. USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We will only process the data we collect about you if there is a reason to do so and if that reason is permitted by data protection law. We will have a legal basis to process your data: if we need to process your data to provide you with a service you have requested or to enter into a contract; we have your consent; we have a legitimate reason to process your data; or we are legally obliged to do so.
